OUR WORK
We are a consulting company based in Northwest Colorado focused on wildlife, rangeland, forestry, and noxious weed management. We use the best available science, field surveys, and GIS. We work with private landowners, nonprofits, and government entities.
Noxious Weed Control
We can help control noxious weeds on your property through the use of various practices, including chemical spraying. We are certified for Rangeland, Agricultural, and Right-of-Way weed control. We provide weed control on small to large acreage through spot spraying and broadcast spraying. We are certified by the Colorado Dept of Agriculture and are members of the Colorado Weed Management Association.

We will conduct a 1-hour free site visit to assess weed control for your property and we will give you a free cost estimate.

NEPA, Wildlife and Plant Surveys
We write NEPA Biological Assessments and Evaluations for government projects across western Colorado.
We complete field surveys and inventories for Threatened, Endangered, and Sensitive wildlife and plant species. We can provide GIS and mapping for these species as well.
Home Ignition Zone Assessments
We assess wildfire risk to homes and within 100 ft of a home through Home Ignition Zone Assessments.
Trained through Assessing Structure Ignition Potential (ASIP) by National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Wildlife Mitigation Plans
We can provide a written plan to help mitigate and reduce impacts to wildlife and wildlife habitat associated with planned developments. We can also provide private landowners with recommendations for maintaining or improving habitat and suggesting restoration projects for target wildlife species. Plans include maps and pictures as appropriate.
Forest Management Plans
We help forestry projects by writing Forest Management Plans that include an inventory of current forest conditions and recommendations for harvest, thinning, or other forest practices. Plans include maps and pictures as approriate.

Conservation Easements Due Diligence
We write Baseline Documentation Reports for Conservation Easements for land trusts across western Colorado. We identify, map, and document land use, agricultural improvements, vegetation, and wildlife.
